Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign-in is by phone number alone, and credits are bought when you need them.
What does a booking cost?
A booking is deducted from your credits as a count. The pitch fee is paid at the pitch to the organizer or facility; the platform is not a party to it.
What if the match is full?
It shows as full and takes no new sign-ups. If someone cancels, the first reserve is promoted automatically.
Can others see my number?
No. Numbers are shown to nobody, and sharing them in rooms is blocked by a database constraint, not by a warning on screen.
Organizer or facility — what is the difference?
An organizer is an individual running a match on an approved pitch. A facility is an entity with its own pitches, team, subscription and public page.
What does the "verified facility" badge mean?
That the admin reviewed and approved it. Its absence is not a rejection — the facility may be in the queue, and we do not label what has not been reviewed.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. And what operation does not require is not collected at all — location, for one, is used and never stored.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us from the report page. The trace of what happened (bookings and payments) remains, because accounting is not erased; the account is marked closed.
