The cancellation rule
Cancelling six hours or more before the start returns the booking to your credits in full. After that it counts as an absence and is not returned.
If the match is cancelled
If an organizer, a facility or the admin cancels a match, registered players get their bookings back. The rule is one across all three paths — one function called, never copied.
Booking credits
Credits are bought as a count and expire twelve months after they are granted; the soonest to expire is consumed first.
Refunding money paid
Money refunds happen through the store you bought from, under its policy. When the refund event reaches us we reverse the credits once — credits are never reversed from our own console.
If your credits are already spent
A refund never makes your balance negative. What the balance does not cover is recorded as a visible shortfall in our ledger, not as a debt on you.
The pitch fee
It is paid at the pitch and never passes through the platform, so we neither refund nor guarantee it. A dispute over it is between you and the organizer or facility.
How long does it take?
Returning a booking is immediate on an eligible cancellation. A money refund takes the store’s time, not ours.
