What this platform is
Tashkila organizes matches and connects the player with the organizer and the venue. The platform is not a party to the match itself nor to the pitch fee — it organizes the booking and keeps its record.
Your account
A mobile number is the only verification; whoever holds the number holds the account. You can sign out of every device at any time from your account page.
Booking and cancellation
A credit is deducted at sign-up. Cancelling six hours or more before kick-off returns it; after that it is a no-show.
No-shows and freezes
Two no-shows in twelve months freeze the account for a month, then three, then six. A freeze blocks what has not happened yet and erases nothing that has.
Booking credit
Credit is purchased and shown as a count, and expires twelve months after it is granted. A refund never makes the balance negative; whatever it cannot cover is recorded as a visible shortfall in our books.
What is not allowed
Sharing contact numbers in rooms and threads, impersonating an organizer, and any violating content. A violation is folded away and may freeze its author.
Organizers and facilities
The organizer is responsible for the match: its time, venue, roster and collection. The facility is responsible for its venues and staff. The platform keeps the record and stands in for no one.
Suspension
The platform may suspend a violating account by a decision recorded with its reason and the name of whoever took it. Your record is not deleted — it stays suspended.
